Booking Information

There is a £2 booking fee when purchasing tickets.

Tickets are sold subject to the Festival’s right to make any essential alterations to the artists, programme or any other advertised arrangements. All tickets and discounts are available subject to availability. Tickets cannot be refunded except on cancellation of the event by the Three Choirs Festival committee or substantial alteration of the programme. All sales are final.

TICKET PRICES & ZONING FOR CATHEDRAL CONCERTS

Please note that we have improved the seating arrangements in the cathedral. There will be tiered seating starting 3/4 of the way down the nave and finishing at the quire screen to a height of 3 metres. As a result, the seats in the quire will have no view of the stage other than by Closed Circuit TV.

STEWARDSHIP (Season Ticket)

Please be aware that it is only possible to book stewardships by post, as the online system is unable to deal with the complexity of the discounted stewardship system. Please click on "Request by post" on the right hand menu under "Worcester 2008" to receive a booking form by mail.

For those unaware of what a Stewardship is:

A Stewardship entitles you to a reserved seat for first 7 evening cathedral concerts + the Dame Gillian Weir + CBSO Youth Orchestra Academy at a 10% discount - Zone A £275, Zone B £240, Zone C £195.

HOW TO PAY

By credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Maestro ONLY. Please be ready to show your credit card if you collect your tickets in person.

Overseas bookings. Please arrange for payment by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Switch/ Delta/Maestro). You will be advised by e-mail of ticket allocations but for safety, tickets will be kept at the Festival Ticket Office for collection upon your arrival in Worcester. A drinks party for all overseas visitors will be held during the Festival week, and your invitation will be included with your tickets.

DESPATCH OF TICKETS

Tickets (excluding those for overseas), will be sent out from mid-April. Please check your tickets as soon as they arrive. Should any alterations prove necessary, please notify the Ticket Office within 14 days of receipt. Please note that overseas tickets should be picked up from the Ticket Office upon your arrival in Worcester. Please ensure that any tickets are picked up by 7pm on the evening of the concert. After 7pm any pre-booked tickets will be held on the NORTH DOOR.

Please note that the Programme Book will not be posted out with your tickets, but in July 2008. It will also be available for sale during the Festival week at a price of £8.

The Opening Service

Admission to the Opening Service is free, but by ticket only. Please ensure that you include this in your ticket application should you wish to attend.

The Programme Book

An attractive illustrated programme book containing full concert details, texts, programme notes, articles, photographs and additional information will be available in July at a cost of £10 (inc P+P) if ordered with your tickets. It will also be available during the festival week at a cost of £8 along with daily programme information sheets at a cost of £1.
