supported by Hereford City Council & Herefordshire Council

Over 1000 discounts available from Monday 15th June, on tickets for:

all Three Choirs Festival 2009 music concerts
(except The Gathering Wave, which is already supported by both councils )

and

A Comedy of Errors by the Shakespeare's Globe Touring Company
Les Berriauds de Vierzon - French folksong and dance
Gregorian Chant Workshop
talks by Denise Inge and by John McCabe

Ticket prices of £18 and over: £10 off
Ticket prices under £18: half-price

 All offers are subject to the overall availability of tickets

The support from Hereford City Council aims to encourage city residents to attend the festival: it is available to anyone living in the city.

The support from Herefordshire Council aims to encourage new people to attend the festival: it is available to anyone living in the county who did NOT attend the Three Choirs Festival in 2006 or 2003 (according to the Ticket Office records - these will be checked when you apply).

Our standard terms and conditions apply, except
• Up to four discounted tickets per household
(identified by the address)
• Eligibility for a discount checked before any purchase
• The discounted tickets must be bought in a single purchase
(other, full-price, tickets may be bought at the same time)
• A receipt for the purchase will be sent by post
• Discounted tickets will be kept in the Ticket Office for the purchasers to collect; they will need to produce the receipt and another proof of their name and address (e.g. utility bill, driving licence)

How and when can I buy discounted tickets?

from Monday 15th June:
• by phone 0845 652 1823 weekdays 10 am - 4 pm
• or by post ** (please write 'discount' on your booking form)
also, from Tuesday 28th July:
• over-the-counter at the Festival Ticket Office
in Church Street, Hereford
(Sorry: we cannot sell discounted tickets online.)

** Full printed programmes (with booking form) are available now
