The tour starts from the courtyard, taking you down to the vines to talk about the history of the vineyard and growing of the grapes. From there you are taken into the winery where the wine making process is explained. The guide will give you 3 different wines to taste as you are going around, giving information on each one. These tours are informal and are designed to give an insight in to how a winery operates, and a sample of English Wines.
