Worcester TCF 2011 Terms & Conditions & Other Information

Please read carefully before completing your order.

1.Ticket Sales

Tickets cannot be refunded except on cancellation of an event by the Three Choirs Festival committee, or substantial alteration to the programme. All sales are final.

Conditions of sale

  • The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder to all Festival Concert premises
  • Late-comers will only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance
  • Photography and the use of any video or audio recording equipment are prohibited
  • Tickets are sold subject to the festival's right to make any alterations to the artists, programme or any other advertised arrangements.
  • All tickets and discounts are subject to availability.

2. Seating zones for Cathedral Concerts

RESERVED SEATING

Zone A Centre nave (Flat, plinth and raked seating) Zone B Nave front 2 rows, rear of flat and plinth. Side seats in the nave & front 2 rows of the west end side aisles (slightly restricted view) Zone C Side aisles (restricted view with TV monitors) Zone D Rear of north & south aisles (restricted view with TV monitor)

UNRESERVED SEATING

Zone E North & south transepts, Quire (no view with TV monitor)

3. Choice of seats

Worcester Cathedral provides a glorious setting for festival performances, but it is not a concert hall. Sound is generally good, but vision is restricted in some areas. TV Relay is provided in most areas where view is restricted. Access to raked seating is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with restricted mobility. In other Venues with reserved seating (Huntingdon Hall & Tewkesbury Abbey) some areas have restricted view and no TV relay is provided. Some venues (Huntingdon Hall) have balconies or galleries which are only accessible via stairs. Details of restrictions appear in window 3 of the ticketing interface. Please ensure that you have read and accepted the notes associated with each seat, before completing your order.

4. Dispatch of tickets

Tickets ordered by overseas customers will not be sent out, but retained at the Ticket Office for collection during Festival week.

Ticket orders from UK based customers will be posted by 2nd class mail within a few working days of the order being processed. Please check your tickets as soon as they arrive. Tickets ordered after Friday 30th July will not be posted, but held in the Ticket Office for collection. Please ensure that tickets are picked up by 7.15 pm on the evening of the concert.

5 Programme Book

An attractive illustrated programme book containing full concert details, texts, programme notes, articles, photographs and additional information can be pre-ordered at a cost of £8, when booking your tickets. It will be available for collection on your arrival in Gloucester. However, should you wish to have it posted, to a UK address only, the cost will be £11. It will be posted in mid July.
