The Three Choirs Festival Association Ltd. is a registered charity, and a company limited by guarantee. It is the body that holds ultimate legal responsibility for the Festival, and is run by a board of Directors (all unremunerated) and a General Manager (Dr Paul Hedley). There is also an executive committee made up of the directors and the General Manager along with representatives of the three local Festival committees and their Artistic Directors.
