The Three Choirs Festival Association Ltd. is a registered charity, and a company limited by guarantee. It is the body that holds ultimate legal responsibility for the Festival, and is run by a board of Directors (all unremunerated), a General Manager (Dr Paul Hedley) and a Development Manager (Debbie Liggins). There is also an executive committee made up of the directors and the General Manager & Development Manager along with representatives of the three local Festival committees and their Artistic Directors.
