GEO-CONSERVATION DAY

Geo-conservation Day

Celebrating Earth Science Week, the Gloucestershire Geology Trust have teamed up with the Gloucester Cathedral for an exciting day course of tours, talks and discussions into conservation, and more specifically geo-conservation.

The Gloucestershire Geology Trust's main aim is to record, promote and conserve important geological and landscape sites in Gloucestershire. With some 400 million years represented in its rocks, this day will explore the lengths taken to protect this heritage.

Hot drinks & biscuits included

Please note - Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access to the Parliament Rooms.

Booking for this event will close through Three Choirs Festival at 4pm on Thursday 12th October.  To book places after this date please contact Helen Jeffrey at Gloucester Cathedral on Helen.Jeffrey@gloucestercathedral.org.uk.
