‘Christmas begins with Gloucester Choral Society’s traditional Messiah concert.’

Mr Handel’s Messiah is usually the first choral work that anyone either sees or sings in concert. It covers the whole of Christ’s life, from the immaculate conception through his ministry to his violent death on the cross, culminating in his triumph over death through resurrection.

It is poignant, impressive and magnificent in equal measure.

£25, £21, £18 and £10
