Poulenc Organ Concerto

Saint-Saëns Symphony No 3 ‘Organ’

The concert on the 24th of July celebrates the monumental sound of organ and orchestra combined. While Poulenc’s concerto captures both tenderness and exuberance, Saint-Saëns’ Symphony sweeps the listener along with its dramatic evolution. Organist William Lloyd Webber’s sumptuous tone poem Aurora opens the concert.
