ACCOMODATION LIST
The list includes various types of accommodation. These are bed and breakfast in private homes where the host does not normally provide accommodation indicated by “B&B” in the list, bed and breakfast accommodation and hotel accommodation from hosts who usually offer such accommodation indicated by “Prof B&B” in the list, and accommodation normally occupied by students at colleges. There are also some self catering properties to let on a holiday let basis and camping on the King’s School field. We emphasise that the Festival does not run an accommodation agency and therefore we do not comment on any of the accommodation in the list, we do not inspect the accommodation and we do not match any visitors to the providers of the accommodation. Although we have done our best, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any of the details in the list. Any arrangements made between the accommodation provider and the visitor is a private matter between the two parties. It is advisable to check with the accommodation provider at the time of booking that the details on the list are accurate and that any special requirements you may have can be met.
If you are reliant on your host providing transport to the venue, you are advised to make that arrangement at the time of booking the accommodation. The cost of transport is not included in the room fee. Please note that not all concerts take place in the Cathedral.
During the Festival there is considerable pressure on the available accommodation in Gloucestershire especially in the City itself and you are advised to make arrangements as soon as possible.
The list can be downloaded in Microsoft Word (.doc) format here.
