By credit card: We can accept VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Maestro but we cannot accept American Express or Diners Club. Please be ready to show your credit card if you collect your tickets in person. Please check that the address given is that of the cardholder and that known to the bank issuing the credit card. Payments will not be processed until tickets have been allocated.
Overseas bookings: Please arrange for payment either by credit card (We can accept VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Maestro) or by banker's draft in sterling. You will be advised of ticket allocations but for safety they will be kept at the ticket office for collection upon your arrival.
Tickets, excluding those for overseas, will be sent out soon after processing.
Please check your tickets as soon as they arrive and notify us within 14 days if any alterations are necessary.
